I will send you a note that I’ve received your order within 24 hours of purchase.
Your item will be shipped within 3 business days, upon confirmation of payment, unless otherwise notified.
All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
Please include delivery instructions with your order, like requests for the carrier to leave a package at your door.

Each work is signed in the front and either matted or mounted on cardboard.

Your order will be shipped to you in an archival cellophane bag, and wrapped in bubble wrap.
Item Packaging
I flatten the artwork before shipping, but the piece may warp or buckle during shipping. It is advised to take it out of the frame and weight it down flat for several days. Alternatively, take it to your framer who can flatten it for you. I am not responsible for any damage during the flattening or framing process.
Returns & Exchanges
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
I gladly accept returns and exchanges, except on digital downloads.
Contact me within 14 days of delivery to coordinate a return or exchange.
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery but please do not send anything back without notifying me first.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
You will be refunded the cost of the item only and not the shipping costs. All items must be returned in the original packaging in new/unused condition. Postage and adequate insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.
Please allow up to 10 days after I receive your exchange/return for processing.
